Stephen DonCarlos, Ex-Officio

Mr. DonCarlos is a partner in the law firm of Reid, Strickland & Gillette. His professional activities include former President of East Harris County Bar Association, member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and former member of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee 4-E. Mr. DonCarlos received a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University and J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.

Mr. DonCarlos is currently the Mayor of Baytown. His other community activities include serving as member of Baytown Chamber of Commerce, member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Medical Center, Board Member of Baytown West Chambers County Economic Development Foundation; former Councilman, City of Baytown, former President of Baytown Rotary Club, former Board Member of Baytown Symphony Orchestra former Board Member of Baytown Sheltering Arms and former Board Member of Baytown Crime Stoppers.
