All proceeds from the event will support the Harris Health Systems' Center of Excellence in Cancer Care. The Harris Health Cancer Care program has received Accreditation with Commendation by The American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer.   Through its collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine, The University of Texas Medical School in Houston and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center patients at Ben Taub and Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospitals have access to an array of cutting-edge clinical trials. Both Ben Taub and LBJ have Cancer Resource Centers that provide support, education, guidance and assistance to anyone in need.The Harris County Hospital District Foundation will celebrate its first twenty years serving the community with a fall fundraiser.  Please join us for Mallets and Medicine, an afternoon of sport, spectacle, and warm hospitality at 3:00 pm on Sunday, October 28^th atthe Houston Polo Club.    It will feature an exciting 12 Goal Level finals match of the Texas Open polo tournament.  We are proud to announce that our Honorary Chairs for the event are renowned physician scientists Dr. C.
